Tuesday Class... And the annoying classmate

Had my first Tuesday class last night. 4 hours!!!!!!!!! I was really worried cause that’s a long time to be in class. But my professor is awesome. He’s very involved, likes to tell stories, is funny, etc. We go from 530 till about 715, take a 20 minute break, get a drink, some food, whatever… Then we’re back for the rest of the time till almost 930. So you know every class has that person right? You know the person I’m talking about. The kiss ass that has to answer every question, throw in how it applies to them personally, etc. Normally I don’t really care. I let them be the annoying loudmouth and I don’t have to be the one to talk all the time. Shocking I know, but I get really quiet in a classroom setting. So anyway, this girl, is like no one I’ve seen in class before. Now she’s a little older then most in the class. And it’s been my experience that older people tend to get a little more involved because they’re more mature about it or whatever. I don’t know. Well let’s just say, that this girl is an absolute beating! I mean we’re talking the entire class started rolling their eyes when she would talk and we weren’t even at break yet. It was that bad. So we have to do a group project and I had already decided that I was gonna ask the guy in front of me to be in a group cause he seemed nice, was answering some questions, and also seemed highly annoyed by talker girl so I knew he was cool. But then, the professor totally called out that he would be a great partner cause he basically has inside track on the project. So I was a little worried that I’d look like I was using him but I really don’t care. And I don’t think he thought that either. So I got my two partners for the project. Both seem like cool guys so I’m stoked about that.
Oh kind of funny thing. So the professor has some rules for the class that you have to pay money if you break them, then he matches the money at the end and we donate to charity. Kind of fun and a different way to do things. So one of them is cell phones. Which is cool cause I turn mine off anyways. Or at least the sound. Oh sidebar. Talker girl asked if he could give her a receipt if her phone rang since it would only ring for business reasons. SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!! God… it’s brutal. So anyways, we’re about to start up again after break and I hear this phone vibrating. And I was like good lord! Who cant just turn it on silent… what the heck… So about 45 minutes later I check my phone to see what time it was cause I don’t wear a watch… and guess who’s phone it was that had been vibrating earlier… That’s right… I was the loser that I was making fun of earlier… I’m so cool. So there we have it. First week of school done… So far so awesome…
